Renovation

After 24 months of renovation and remodelling, this period villa in Chemnitz shines in a whole new light. With idealism and a feel for harmonious detail, the character of this gem has been brought back to life. Thanks to the well-preserved fabric of the Art Nouveau villa, we were able to bring out its historic details to perfection — creating a true showpiece, not least through the extension of the original stucco work. As part of the modernisation, the building services were renewed and the rooms gained greater generosity and elegance.

With a bold use of colour and stylish interior concepts, a magnificent, one-of-a-kind dream home took shape.
